Job Summary: Seeking a goal-driven Recovery Officer responsible for monitoring outstanding accounts, contacting customers to negotiate payment plans, and maintaining collection records .

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact overdue account holders to arrange payment solutions .

• Maintain up-to-date documentation on collection efforts and payment status.

• Conduct follow-up communications while maintaining professional relations.

Requirements:

• Age: 18 – 30 years (Male/Female) .

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
